For my Safety and Protection, it helps if you provide the following when booking an appointment:

·        Your First and Last Name along with a Contact Number.

·        Day and Time you would like an Appointment. 

·        If you are a New Client, please provide a Reference if possible.

·        I reserve the right to accept or decline a new client based on the information given.

Once I am provided with adequate information then I will call you, or email my information so our appointment can be confirmed.

As a professional I will always respect your time, and expect the same in return.

So Please,

Call or email me if you are running more than a few minutes late.

Call or email if you can't make your scheduled appointment.

You would expect the same from me so I would hope for the same from you.
